Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts generously with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a touch of oil. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing thinly.
  2. Make the Spicy Mayo: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Adjust sriracha amount to your preferred spice level.
  3. Prepare the Mango and Veggies: Peel and dice the ripe mango into small cubes. Thinly slice the red onion and chop the fresh lettuce. Prepare any additional veggies if using.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Lay out a tortilla and spread a generous layer of the spicy mayo. Layer with chopped lettuce, red onion, sliced chicken, and diced mango. Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling securely. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
