Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken and Broth: Rinse the chicken pieces under cold water. Place them in a large pot with chicken broth, halved onion, and whole garlic cloves. Bring to a simmer and skim off any foam that rises to ensure a clear broth.
  2. Add Vegetables: When the chicken is cooked through, remove it and set aside to cool. Add sliced carrots, corn pieces, and chopped zucchini to the broth. Cook until the vegetables are tender but still retain some crunch.
